Quartz Boulder SB160

Quartz Boulder SB160 is a stunning Large sized Boulder with distinctive colours and markings. Measuring 1metre long x 650mm and approximately 400mm high with mixed grey and white tones running throughout. Coupled with quartz streaks make for a stunning rock. Patches of moss and lychen enhance the appearance even further. This stone really does have it all. Approx weight is just under 400kg. Quartz Boulders of this shape and quality are very rare to find in the quarry. Only one available. Perfect for creating a focal point in a border or rockery, alternaitvely can be used as a natural seat or as a feature stone. This will blend elegantly into a range of garden designs. It is important to ensure that the size of the boulder fits the scale of the garden. In small gardens, smaller boulders work best, while large gardens can accommodate more imposing stones. Partially burying boulders helps them look more natural, as if they are emerging from the ground rather than just placed on top.
